Happy New Year

Well I have been MIA for a while. With all my nerve damage it was getting hard to do even the simplest of things. The area we lived in had high humidity and the weather was constantly changing which made it extremely hard on me. We had been wanting to move from the area for years but  thought it would be years before we could. Then all of the sudden an amazing opportunity opened up and WE MOVED to Colorado!

God just lined everything up to create an awesome job for my hubby in a beautiful location. I have felt much better here. I have been able to get out and enjoy the scenery, watch a movie, and be pushed around the mall. I feel like I have a new lease on life! Of course, getting out in public for the first time in years made me susceptible to getting a cold. I can handle being sick opposed to having unrelenting nerve pain all the time though. LOL

The good news is that now that I am over my cold and sort of unpacked (lol), I will be able to craft more. Yay!

The card was for my mom's birthday. I used Heart Felt Creations paper. (then I covered all the pretty paper up ...haha) The flowers were all white and inked with distress inks to provide a pop of color.

TH Distress Inks used: Seedless Preserves, Aged Mahogany, Scattered Straw, Wild Honey, Peacock Feathers, Bundled Sage, Peeled Paint, Shabby Shutters, and Forest Moss.

I hope you all have a great new year and look forward to many more crafty projects to share with you.

Happy New Year Jani!!! I have been missing you and wondered what had happened. Sorry for all the pain you have been in, but 2015 is gonna be different for you now. So thankful for the new job for hubby and the blessing that the Lord provided for you. Hopefully, you will be able to do more stuff outside your home now.
